At LoveInCake.shop, we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality cakes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will gladly assist you in the following cases:
1. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged cake or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or partial/full refund.
2. Quality Issues
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cake, please inform us within 2 hours of receiving the order. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Late cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
All cakes and perishable items are non-returnable once delivered, except in the cases mentioned above.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method.
